District Representative FBU

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company , a global leader in water and process management solutions, is looking for a District Representative FBU to join our team.

In this role, you will drive profitable growth within an assigned territory by building strong customer relationships, providing technical expertise, and delivering innovative water treatment solutions. You will work closely with industrial customers across the Food & Beverage industry to optimize operations, improve sustainability, and create long-term value.

Location: Bucharest or central Romania (e.g., Brașov, Cluj-Napoca, Târgu Mureș), with willingness to travel across the assigned territory.

What You Will Do:

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and profit growth targets
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend tailored water treatment solutions
- Provide technical support and resolve customer challenges in collaboration with internal teams
- Interpret operational data and deliver recommendations to improve system performance and efficiency
- Promote Nalco Water technologies and support their successful implementation
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth within the territory

What you'll need:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Sciences, or another technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, field sales, customer-facing technical support, or a similar role
- Experience working with industrial customers and technical products or services
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
- Water treatment, specialty chemicals, manufacturing, utilities, or related industry experience is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of industrial water systems, such as cooling towers, boilers, or wastewater treatment systems, is a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Proficiency in English
