Job Responsibilities
- Implement and execute community relations activities to support company’s objectives
- Analyze and develop solutions, explorative settlements to handle respective community’s propositions/ inquiries
- Organize CR activities, community outreach programs and community engagement activities starting from project analysis, planning, budgeting, facilitating and evaluation
- Prepare database, project report, budget report, correspondence, and presentation etc.
- Analyze project data and outcomes to monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop effective relationships with external stakeholders and local communities in a governance compliance manner
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Political Sciences, Law, Social Sciences, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in community relations, corporate social responsibility or related business would be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Able to use MS offices (Word, Excel and PowerPoints).
- Able to travel to and/or work in upcountry.
- Creativity, Problem solving skills, negotiation and systematic thinking.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
