Head of Legal

- Lead, plan, and execute end-to-end corporate actions, including IPO, rights issues, private placements, bonds/sukuk issuance, M&A, restructuring, and other strategic transactions
- Provide
strategic legal advice to management on business operations and company
development
- Draft,
review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (contracts,
partnerships, vendors, etc.)
- Manage
legal aspects related to land acquisition, licensing, certification,
and land disputes
- Identify
and mitigate legal risks, handle disputes/litigation when necessary, and
ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Act
as the company’s legal representative in dealings with external parties
and authorities
- Collaborate
and liaise with relevant stakeholders, including notaries, legal
consultants, and government institutions

Requirements

- Bachelor’s
degree in Law (Master’s Degree is a plus)
- Minimum 10–15 years of legal experience , with strong exposure to corporate,
commercial, and land matters
- Proven
experience in the property/developer industry is highly preferred
- Strong
understanding of land acquisition processes, licensing, and land
regulations in Indonesia
- Excellent
legal analytical skills with strong business acumen
- Experienced
in contract negotiation and dispute resolution
- Strong
leadership and communication skills
- Willing
for placement in West Java
