About this role
- Develop and establish the Energy
strategy, roadmap, and business model in alignment with the Company's long-term
business objectives and industrial estate development plans.
- Plan, design,
and develop the Company's electricity distribution system, network, and
energy infrastructure to ensure reliable and scalable power supply.
- Develop and implement renewable
energy solutions, including PV systems , in compliance with applicable
standards, regulations, and sustainability objectives.
- Manage and
optimize energy supply and operations , including the integration and
balancing of PLN supply and the Company's internal power systems, utilizing smart
grid concepts where applicable.
- Develop energy
demand and capacity planning , taking into consideration future industrial
estate expansion, tenant requirements, and long-term power needs.
- Lead risk management,
preventive and corrective maintenance , and reliability programs to minimize
operational risks and ensure continuity of energy supply.
- Lead the planning and evaluation of energy-related
projects, CAPEX, investments, and budgets , ensuring cost efficiency and
alignment with business priorities
- Establish and maintain strategic
relationships with PLN, regulators, government authorities, strategic
partners, and key tenants on technical, operational, commercial, and regulatory
matters.
- Build and develop the Energy team
while establishing effective operational standards, KPIs, governance, and
continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Energy
Engineering, or related disciplines .
- At least 15 years of relevant experience , in power, electricity, energy, utilities, industrial
infrastructure, or related sectors,
- Minimum 5 years in a senior
leadership/managerial position with responsibility for energy,
power, utilities, or electrical infrastructure.
- Proven
experience in electricity distribution, power systems, power generation, and
utility infrastructure .
- Experience
working with PLN, WILUS, IPP, utility providers, or major industrial
customers is highly preferred.
- Experience in industrial estate, large-scale industrial facilities, or infrastructure
projects is an advantage.
- Strong
understanding of applicable energy, electricity, safety, and regulatory
requirements .
- Strong leadership, strategic
thinking, and ability to lead and develop high-performing teams .
- Preferably having exposure to renewable
energy, PV, smart grid, or energy transition initiatives.
- High level of integrity,
accountability, and professionalism , with strong commitment to ethical
business practices and sound corporate governance.
- Proven ability to work under pressure,
prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal,
negotiation, and problem-solving skills , with strong decision-making
capabilities based on sound analysis, data, and business considerations .
- Willing to be based in Subang, West Java.
