About this role

We are looking for a Student Intern for our team. This will be a full-time, 10-week Summer Internship beginning in early June 2027.

Some of your responsibilities could include:

- Developing a well-rounded understanding of the insurance industry from multiple perspectives, including underwriting, claims, risk management, and operations
- Building proficiency in the technical and professional skills of your assigned role through hands-on, on-the-job training
- Collaborating with team members on meaningful projects that support key business strategies
- Contributing fresh ideas and innovative thinking to help improve processes and outcomes
- Supporting additional initiatives that align with team and organizational goals

What You'll Bring to the Role

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Economics, Finance, IT, Risk Management, or a related discipline
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and strong internet research skills
- A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business is essential
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences and situations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure, maintain integrity, and follow through on tasks
- A natural curiosity and love of learning, always looking for ways to improve and innovate
- An open-minded, inclusive approach to teamwork, treating colleagues with respect and valuing diverse perspectives
- A track record of setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and staying accountable to deliver results
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to utilize AI tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency and contribute to data-driven decision making.

The pay rate for this internship is $27 per hour. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for additional benefits during their time with us.
