The Opportunity
As a SAP Core Finance EUR Director, you will specialize in consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within our Tax practice, you will enable clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities
- Leading the strategic direction and implementation of SAP finance applications to optimize client financial processes
- Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored software solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Overseeing the integration and utilization of SAP finance applications, confirming seamless client adoption
- Providing training and support to clients for effective use of SAP finance tools
- Collaborating with executive-level clients to drive business growth and improve financial reporting
- Mentoring and guiding teams in the development of innovative solutions and thought leadership
- Identifying market opportunities and converting them into successful engagements for the firm
- Promoting technological advancements and fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together
- Managing multiple projects while maintaining the firm's reputation for quality and integrity
- Balancing strategic choices with system-level enablers to drive change and achieve client objectives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Admininstration/Management, Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Central Finance and SAP FICO
- Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting for strategic decision-making
- Leading finance transformation initiatives with a focus on innovation
- Promoting AI-human collaboration to enhance financial processes
- Developing new ideas and solutions in finance technology
- Cultivating potential in others through mentorship and leadership

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
