The Opportunity
As a Government Contract Consulting Senior Associate you will support risk and regulatory work focused on helping clients navigate government contract requirements, interpret complex rules, and strengthen internal controls within our Risk and Compliance practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while developing your own professional brand and technical skills. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to advisory work that helps clients respond to changing regulatory expectations, assess control design, interpret data for insights, and deliver practical recommendations across multiple engagements.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing government contract compliance matters and translating regulatory requirements into practical client guidance
- Reviewing contract terms, internal controls, and compliance frameworks to identify risk exposure and control gaps
- Supporting compliance program implementation, maintenance, and reporting activities across complex client engagements
- Interpreting regulatory authority requirements and applying governance, risk, and compliance methods to client situations
- Gathering and assessing data, documentation, and evidence to inform findings and recommendations
- Developing written materials that summarize issues, findings, and next steps for client stakeholders
- Coordinating project workstreams, tracking milestones, and managing assigned deliverables within engagement timelines
- Mentoring junior team members by reviewing work products and sharing technical knowledge on compliance procedures
- Building client relationships by responding to questions, anticipating needs, and adapting to changing priorities
- Using analytical thinking and intellectual curiosity to evaluate ambiguous issues and develop sound recommendations
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
