The Opportunity
As a Regulatory Risk Compliance Manager you will lead government contract consulting work within our Risk and Compliance practice, helping clients navigate regulatory requirements and strengthen internal controls across complex public sector engagements. As a Manager you will motivate and develop team members, manage workstreams, and apply sound judgment when reviewing deliverables, resolving issues, and coaching staff through changing client needs. In this role at PwC, you will shape project plans, guide compliance analysis, support client discussions, and use technology and business insight to deliver clear, practical recommendations that support dependable outcomes for government contracting matters.
Responsibilities
- Leading government contract consulting workstreams across regulatory risk and compliance engagements
- Guiding teams in developing compliance strategies, control assessments, and remediation plans for public sector client needs
- Managing project planning, budgeting, timelines, and deliverables for contract compliance reviews and advisory work
- Analyzing regulatory requirements, contract provisions, and internal control structures to identify risk exposure
- Developing client deliverables that summarize findings, recommendations, and implementation steps for compliance programs
- Reviewing technical work for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with regulatory authority requirements and firm standards
- Coaching team members on compliance methodologies, reporting approaches, and case documentation practices
- Addressing issues with clients and stakeholders through clear communication, sound judgment, and timely escalation
- Identifying opportunities to apply technology and data-driven methods to improve monitoring, reporting, and case support
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
