Job Title: Facilities Coordinator Job Description
This is a 6-8 week contract position with the working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role requires covering parking costs. Interviews will be conducted as per requirement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily walkthroughs and site inspections to ensure a clean, organized, safe, and fully operational office environment.
- Respond to work orders promptly, scheduling and managing repairs, maintenance, and minor works to ensure compliance with KPIs.
- Coordinate the delivery of site amenities and services, including fitness, food services, events, meeting facilities, mail/courier services, and office moves.
- Provide clear direction and information to vendors, facilities staff, and other service providers to ensure seamless execution of onsite work.
- Assist in procuring vendors and maintain accurate site records, web pages, and official documentation.
- Support client relationship management by complying with all contract requirements, meeting performance indicators, and delivering exceptional service based on client feedback.
- Maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, after-hours emergency response, and adherence to environmental health and safety standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or related fields.
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and critical facilities management.
- Basic understanding of technical property systems, including HVAC, chiller systems, fire protection, and mechanical/electrical systems.
- Experience or familiarity working with minor lab environments.
- Strong spreadsheet proficiency, particularly in Excel, and basic financial knowledge.
- Solid hospitality experience with a strong customer service orientation.
Work Environment
This role is based in an office environment requiring daily interaction with various technology platforms and systems. The position involves managing multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. The dress code is professional attire.

This is a Contract position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
