Job Title: Administrative Assistant Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our leasing office and manage the backlog of work due to a team member's medical leave. The ideal candidate will provide critical administrative support and ensure smooth operations within the office.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the leasing office.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Perform scanning and filing of important documents.
- Conduct data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients and office visitors.
- Assist with clerical tasks to maintain office efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in administrative support and clerical duties.
- Strong skills in answering phones, scanning, and filing.
- Experience in data entry and customer service.
- Ability to perform administrative assistance tasks with efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant is preferred.
- Capability to handle faxing and other office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Work Environment
The work environment is office-based, requiring interaction with clients and team members. The position involves standard office hours, with a business casual dress code. The role demands proficiency with office equipment and software, including Microsoft Excel.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Stamford, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
