Purpose

The Marketing Manager leads marketing planning and portfolio delivery for assigned division, translating enterprise Marketing strategy, divisional priorities and customer insights into coordinated programs that drive measurable growth.

This role develops annual and quarterly divisional marketing plans, prioritizes initiatives, manages approved investment and performance, and ensures programs work together across campaigns, category initiatives, branch experiences, digital activation and customer programs.

The Marketing Manager serves as a key day-to-day Marketing partner to divisional and cross-functional stakeholders and leads / develops (1) Senior Marketing Specialist to deliver high-quality, integrated work.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate enterprise Marketing strategy and assigned divisional business priorities into annual and quarterly marketing plans, roadmaps and measurable objectives.
- Lead an integrated divisional portfolio across brand, category, promotional, service, digital and CX priorities.
- Establish a consistent planning and operating rhythm across the division, including quarterly priorities, monthly marketing direction, campaign calendars and stakeholder reviews.
- Partner with Category, Sales, Operations, Digital and regional leadership to identify needs, prioritize opportunities and develop coordinated Marketing responses.
- Use NPS, customer insights, sales performance, digital behavior, market trends and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and improve divisional plans.
- Lead the rollout and ongoing adoption of branch marketing standards and CX programs, ensuring Marketing direction is clear, usable and consistently executed in the field.
- Lead integrated divisional campaigns and programs across in-branch, digital, email, social, sales enablement, events and other relevant customer touchpoints.
- Manage the approved divisional Marketing budget and partner/vendor investments within established Marketing priorities and governance.
- Establish program KPIs and performance reviews, translating results and learnings into recommendations for future activity.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships supporting the divisional portfolio, ensuring quality, timing, scope and budget expectations are met.
- Surface emerging opportunities, risks and investment recommendations to the Director of Marketing and divisional leadership.
- Lead, coach and develop Senior Marketing Specialist direct report to build strategic and executional capability.
- Create clarity around strategy, priorities, ownership and expected outcomes.
- Establish visible career paths across Senior Specialist & Specialist levels.
- Model Reece values, customer focus, sound judgment, learning agility and enterprise collaboration.
- Balance strategic leadership with appropriate involvement in critical execution and issue resolution.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of progressively responsible marketing, customer-experience or commercial leadership experience.
- 1-2 years of formal people-leadership, performance-management or equivalent team-leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of strategy, budgets, integrated portfolios and measurable business or customer outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and lead complex cross-functional change.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in B2B, distribution, retail, showroom or multi-location business environments.
- Experience leading divisional, category, lifecycle, digital-commerce or customer-experience marketing.
- Experience managing agencies, co-op or partner funding and substantial integrated-marketing budgets.
- Advanced familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, digital analytics, eCommerce and performance-reporting platforms.
