- Assist with the organization and maintenance of Marketing and Commercial resources within the company's SharePoint Marketing Resource Hub.
- Maintain assigned projects, tasks, deadlines and status in Monday.com and work within established Marketing Operations workflows.
- Document recurring processes and maintain operating procedures to improve consistency, cross-training and business continuity.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate recurring Marketing Operations activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Product, Client Services and other functions to execute priorities and resolve operational issues.
- Develop broad working knowledge of core Marketing Operations processes to provide backup coverage and reduce single points of failure.

What You’ll Need:

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues across functions and time zones.
