Actalent is Hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist / Clinical Research Facility!
Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to review clinical charts and ensure quality in clinical trials. This role requires proficiency in computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced medical office environment. The successful candidate will also perform a range of office-related tasks using Microsoft Office software. Responsibilities
- Review clinical charts to ensure quality standards are met for clinical trials.
- Perform data review and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Utilize Microsoft Office software to complete various office-related tasks.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and other stakeholders.
- Assist in healthcare-related tasks as needed within the scope of the role.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in quality assurance and QA methodologies.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in clinical research and familiarity with medical assistant duties.
- Knowledge of regulatory and Institutional Review Board requirements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
Work Environment The position is based in a 24/7 phase 1 clinical research facility. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring adaptability and a proactive attitude. Dress code and specific shift information will be discussed during the interview process.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ORLANDO, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
