We are seeking a dedicated Quality Management Specialist responsible for processing quality records within a Quality Management System. This role involves supporting compliance with site procedural requirements, including maintaining record due dates, assigning key record contributors, and ensuring timely completion of workflow steps within the electronic quality management system. Responsibilities

- Support administrative functions for deviations, CAPAs, change controls, continuous improvements, and effectiveness checks within Veeva to maintain and organize the site's in-process quality records.
- Communicate effectively between departments to ensure all operations have the required inspected materials.
- Accurately document results, observations, and procedures following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Escalate any non-conformance or deviations to appropriate channels for investigation and resolution.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills

- Bachelor's degree in a Science field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in the GMP industry.
- Experience following SOPs, FDA, or GMP protocols.
- Prior experience with QMS Software, ideally Veeva.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in quality assurance, CAPA, deviation management, investigation, and analysis.

Work Environment This is a desk-based role with the flexibility to work from home after completing training. The regular work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility required for starting earlier or ending later on some days. Occasional weekend work for 2-3 hours and rotating holiday shifts are expected. This is currently a 6-9 month long contract with potential for extension depending on workload/performance. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
