About the Role
Join an early-stage product team building software for real estate professionals. You will work across the stack to develop tools for managing deals, connecting with essential services, and using AI to support day-to-day work.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship product features from initial concept through production.
- Develop CRM and deal pipeline capabilities used by real estate agents.
- Integrate real estate portals, email, calendars, and electronic signature services.
- Build LLM-powered features such as AI-assisted email, image analysis, and listing content generation.
- Take ownership of the quality, performance, and reliability of your work.
- Collaborate with founders and customers to understand needs and iterate on the product.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience as a full stack engineer working with a modern web stack.
- Experience shipping production software at a startup or in a small product team.
- Ability to own features from idea to production with limited guidance.
- Interest in building practical AI and LLM features into a product.
- Fluent English; German or French is a plus.
- Experience with SaaS products, integrations, or real estate technology is relevant.

Based in Luxembourg, with on-site or hybrid work available there. Fully remote work is available from Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
