About this role
Delray Beach auto dealer processing center seeks an articulate and service-driven customer service representative, bilingual preferred (English-Spanish) . This is a job that will require you to be on the phone with centers in the U.S. and Guatemala for follow-up, corrections, updates and to ensure clients are getting the service they deserve.
This is NOT a sales job, you will NEVER be asked to sell anything!
In this role, you will be required to perform the following duties:
Receive high volume of inbound calls and respond to inquiries within procedural requirements Consistently perform outbound phone calls to follow up on missing or incorrect information Initiate electronic communication via email and/or fax Ensure that documents received electronically and via shipment are processed in a timely fashion (electronic and shipped) Create follow-up actions to ensure quickest possible resolution
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, with one hour for lunch.
