AI Product Manager – eCommerce
Role Overview
In this role, you will help create and improve AI-powered features for Lenovo’s eCommerce platform. You will help take AI products from an idea through development, launch, and performance tracking.
This is an individual contributor role and does not involve managing employees. You will manage AI products and features, not people.
What You’ll Do
- Help develop and launch AI-powered eCommerce features.
- Identify customer problems using data, feedback, and research.
- Create product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
- Work with engineers and data scientists on AI solutions.
- Test AI features for accuracy, quality, and customer experience.
- Support A/B testing and analyze product results.
- Prioritize features and maintain the product backlog.
- Work with teams across engineering, marketing, legal, privacy, and eCommerce.
- Track product performance and share results with stakeholders.
- Support responsible and secure use of AI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed between December 2025 and August 2027 in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, prompting, RAG, and model evaluation.
- Basic experience with SQL or Python.
- Product or technical experience through an internship, project, hackathon, research, or similar experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Interest in AI, technology, eCommerce, and customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product management, eCommerce, or AI/ML.
- Experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, or generative AI projects.
- Familiarity with A/B testing or web analytics.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Agile development.
- Interest in consumer technology and working with global teams.
