Supports the adoption, governance, and enablement of enterprise cloud services through the administration and enhancement of cloud onboarding, governance, and workflow solutions. Utilizes expertise in cloud technologies, ServiceNow, workflow automation, system integrations, and IT service management processes to improve operational efficiency, streamline cloud adoption, and ensure alignment with enterprise policies, standards, and security requirements. Works independently to analyze technical and operational challenges, evaluate risks, develop scalable solutions, and recommend process improvements while partnering with cloud engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, risk, and application teams to deliver secure, compliant, and reliable cloud services across AWS and Azure environments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Designs, develops, tests, and maintains software components and services that address defined business and user requirements within an assigned technical domain.
2. Implements well-scoped features and enhancements using established coding standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices.
3. Contributes to the reliability, scalability, and performance of applications by writing high-quality, maintainable code and participating in peer code reviews.
4. Collaborates with cross-functional technical teams to execute planned technical initiatives and deliver solutions on schedule.
5. Troubleshoots, debugs, and resolves software defects and production issues within area of responsibility, applying root-cause analysis as needed.
6. Participates in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements refinement, design discussions, development, testing, deployment, and support.
7. Applies secure coding practices, testing strategies, and documentation standards to ensure software quality and compliance with team guidelines.
8. Leverages existing frameworks, tools, and technologies to build and enhance applications across relevant technology domains.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or work-related experience.
2. In-depth knowledge of information systems with the ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices.
3. Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience supporting enterprise cloud governance, enablement, onboarding, or cloud operations functions.

·        3+ years of experience developing and administering ServiceNow solutions, workflows, and integrations supporting technology operations and cloud services.

·        Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and platform automation capabilities.

·        Experience supporting ServiceNow modules such as Request Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Change Management, and workflow automation.

·        Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, system integrations, and automation of cloud onboarding and governance processes.

·        Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including cloud services, account provisioning, operational processes, and governance requirements.

·        Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments and supporting cross-functional technology initiatives.

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills with the ability to assess risks, dependencies, and operational impacts.

·        Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across cloud engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, risk, and application teams.

- Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

·        ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred; additional ServiceNow or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, ITIL) are a plus.
