Job Description

The Streaming Coordinator will support the Content & Acquisitions Team in building, proofing, and distributing unique program strategies to increase viewership and audience share across the LATAM region for Universal + and all VOD.  This position is heavily reliant in data analysis, critical thinking, research insight, and creativity. The coordinator must feel comfortable thinking for non-linear scheduling.

Job Duties:

- Will be responsible for managing all non-linear programming tasks, including but not limited to scheduling in VOD Contract Management System 
- Prepare and maintain rights tracker for all non-linear content 
- Create, update, and distribute non-linear rollouts 
- Maintain master schedule and titles documents assuring content is scheduled per affiliate contract and prepare episodic documents for affiliates as requested

- Participate in non-linear programming strategy planning

- Edit and update program schedules when changes are made & if any errors occur

- Revise and verify Metadata and assign MPAA ratings for non – linear content

- Provide support to Operations department, including following up on materials delivery for monthly content processing

- Participate in brainstorming meetings with programming, marketing, digital, and research to discuss content output

- Create, update and maintain programming relevant documents such as affiliate and internal presentations focused on non-linear strategy

- Work with Insights/Research department to obtain useful data to tailor content offerings

- Screening and reviewing content (inventory and potential acquisitions), and providing summary of content

- Collaborating with On-Air, Media Planning, and Editorial teams to improve consumer experience

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in media communications or relevant field

- 3+ years’ experience Media, Entertainment or Advertising industries

- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications

- Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese

- Knowledge/experience with the different markets including regulations, rules, and culture

- Must possess strong writing and copy-editing skills

- Possesses high attention to detail

- General knowledge of entertainment and movies

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment & work with tight deadlines

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently under general supervision

- Must be willing to work on site 4 times per week
