Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Opportunity As Assistant Store Manager at our Leeston Farm Source store, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to lead the team, deliver great customer service and drive store performance. You'll lead from the front, supporting day-to-day operations, sales and Health and Safety while helping create a positive, collaborative environment where the team can do their best work.
Mōu | About You We're looking for someone with a strong customer focus, a positive can-do attitude and the confidence to step up and lead. You'll enjoy working in a busy, hands-on environment and be comfortable juggling priorities and pitching in where needed. Ideally, you'll bring: • Customer service or retail experience • Leadership or people management experience, either formal or informal • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • An understanding of dairy, farming or agriculture is helpful, but not essential • The ability to motivate and support others • Physical fitness and the ability to regularly lift product • Availability to work Saturday mornings (9am–12pm) on a rotating roster
