About this role
About Myant:
Myant is building the technologies that connect people, machines and intelligence through advanced textile computing, materials science, AI and connected health technologies.
Within the Myant ecosystem, Myant Health is focused on transforming healthcare through the Internet of Humans: connecting people, AI and machines through intelligent textile-based interfaces and continuous health measurement. Our SKIIN™ technology transforms everyday clothing into a sophisticated health interface capable of capturing meaningful, clinical-grade health information, while HumanOS provides the platform for bringing together data from textile sensors, medical devices, wearables and other connected technologies to create a more continuous view of human health.
Myant Health is currently focused on objective measurement and accessible diagnostic solutions across areas including cardiovascular health, sleep, hypertension, diabetes and musculoskeletal health. Our work includes solutions such as 14-day cardiac monitoring, home sleep apnea testing and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, with a broader vision of creating continuous diagnostic and, ultimately, therapeutic interfaces that can become part of everyday life.
The technology and innovation behind these products are supported by a broader Myant R&D environment spanning textile computing, advanced materials, electronics, software, AI, biometrics, chemical processing and manufacturing technologies.
This includes MyantX, our advanced research and innovation organization, which builds on a strong history of industrial research and applied technology development. MyantX operates at the intersection of materials, manufacturing, electronics, sensing and emerging technologies, helping translate advanced research into practical technologies and commercial applications.
Together, Myant, Myant Health and MyantX operate within a highly multidisciplinary environment that brings together research laboratories, advanced materials and chemical processing, engineering, textile and electronics development, controlled manufacturing environments and medical-device development and manufacturing. This creates a unique environment for professionals who want to work at the intersection of advanced technology, research, manufacturing, quality, safety and regulated healthcare.
At Myant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside scientists, engineers, researchers, manufacturing specialists, healthcare professionals and technology teams to help build technologies that move from fundamental research and experimentation through development and ultimately toward real-world applications.
We are not simply developing individual products. We are building an interconnected technology ecosystem, from advanced research and materials through textile computing, intelligent sensing and connected health, with the potential to change how people interact with technology and manage their health.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Manager, Digital Health Platform to own and deliver features across MHDS, Myant's connected health platform, including the Skiin patient experience, Myant Virtual Clinic Portal (MVCP), and the data services that connect them.
This is a hands-on product management role for someone who enjoys taking a product problem from discovery through delivery and launch. You will work closely with Engineering, UX, Data Science, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial teams to turn patient and clinician needs into products that are intuitive, reliable, and trusted.
You will be responsible for a defined area of the MHDS product roadmap, driving requirements, prioritization, execution, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do:
- Own the roadmap and release scope for assigned MHDS features and product areas, from discovery, through launch.
- Understand patient, clinician, operational, and business needs and translate them into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Engineering to prioritize and maintain the product backlog, balancing new capabilities, product quality, technical debt, and delivery timelines.
- Define requirements for digital health, remote monitoring, and health insight features based on what Myant's sensors, algorithms, and data services can reliably measure and support.
- Partner with UX/UI to develop user flows, prototypes, and usability improvements across patient and clinical experiences.
- Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality teams to ensure product requirements support intended use, risk management, design controls, verification, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Incorporate privacy, consent, security, and appropriate handling of health information into product requirements and user experiences.
- Define product requirements for integrations with clinical systems, healthcare platforms, and external partners.
- Establish and track product KPIs, including adoption, engagement, workflow performance, and relevant health or operational outcomes.
- Use product data, user feedback, clinical input, and research to identify opportunities and continuously improve the product.
- Support release planning and launch readiness, including documentation, release notes, stakeholder communications, and enablement for Clinical, Commercial, Customer Experience, and Support teams.
- Work across functions to identify dependencies, surface risks, resolve product decisions, and keep assigned initiatives moving toward delivery.
- Contribute to product discovery through customer interviews, workflow analysis, competitive research, and validation of product concepts.
- Help establish a consistent, user-centered product development process as Myant scales its digital health platform.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of product management experience delivering software products, ideally in digital health, medical devices, healthcare technology, or connected devices.
- Demonstrated experience taking software features from discovery and requirements through development, launch, and iteration.
- Strong product thinking with the ability to translate complex customer, clinical, and technical needs into clear and actionable requirements.
- Excellent requirements-writing skills, including user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Technical fluency across software products, APIs, data services, mobile applications, and cloud-based platforms.
- Experience working in an Agile product development environment and closely with software engineering teams.
- Experience working within a regulated product development environment, ideally involving FDA, Health Canada, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, or similar frameworks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical, clinical, regulatory, quality, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use product data and customer feedback to make informed decisions.
- Experience with product development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Health Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with wearables, remote patient monitoring, digital therapeutics, cardiac monitoring, sleep monitoring, or other connected health technologies.
- Familiarity with ISO 14971, IEC 62366, and healthcare privacy requirements such as PHIPA, PIPEDA, or HIPAA.
- Experience with healthcare interoperability and standards such as HL7/FHIR.
- Experience working with clinical workflows, virtual care, or patient-facing healthcare applications.
- Experience working with health data, biometric data, algorithms, or AI-enabled products.
- Comfort using AI-enabled tools for product discovery, analysis, prototyping, and rapid iteration.
Why Myant:
At Myant, you'll work at the intersection of textile computing, digital health, AI, and clinical care.
You'll have the opportunity to build products that move beyond traditional healthcare applications, using continuous physiological data to create more proactive, personalized, and connected healthcare experiences.
This is an opportunity to join a team where your product decisions will directly influence how patients interact with their health data and how clinicians deliver connected care.
