As a Table Games Dual Rate at Hard Rock Tulsa, you are a crucial player on our casino floor. You will be a vital resource for our guests, assisting them with gameplay while upholding the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and adherence to established rules.

- High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of proven experience dealing cards in a casino table games environment (MUST KNOW ROULETTE), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and guide the work of other employees in a professional and effective manner.
- Proficiency in dealing a variety of table games, including blackjack, roulette, mini baccarat, and various carnival games.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a secure gaming environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere for guests.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable working in an environment with exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
- Ability to lift objects up to 10 lbs.
