About this role

As a Table Games Dealer, you serve as the face of the gaming floor, providing a welcoming, entertaining, and professional atmosphere for all guests. Responsible for conducting games with speed, precision, and accuracy, you will execute proper card dealing, handle chip exchanges, and calculate payouts efficiently. In addition to delivering superior customer service, you play a critical role in maintaining game integrity, protecting company assets, and ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations, internal controls, and established policies.

- Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED and 6 months of dealing or gaming experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Licensing Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain valid licensing through the appropriate tribal/state gaming authority.
- Training & Academy: Successful completion of required training at the CNE Gaming Academy.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Strong guest service focus with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and management.
- Physical & Environmental Adaptability: Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and work comfortably on a busy casino floor exposed to second-hand smoke, high crowd noise, and dynamic lighting.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
