About this role
This is a supervisory position that involves leading the work of other employees. The role is focused on the integrity and security of the gaming floor and requires maintaining knowledge of all dealer procedures. The work environment has moderate exposure to smoke, dirt, chemicals, and fumes. The position requires minimal physical exertion and is performed mostly while standing or sitting, with an occasional need to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), with two years of related work experience and at least one year of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must know Roulette and craps.
- Must have the ability to lead and guide other employees.
- Must be able to provide and maintain a high standard of guest service.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to obtain a Cherokee Nation Gaming License and/or an OHRC License.
