<b>Overview</b><br><div dir="ltr"><p>Microsoft Devices Operations (MDO), part of Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) in Redmond, WA, is hiring a <strong>Senior Program Manager</strong> to lead engineering portfolio planning, investment management, intake, and delivery coordination.</p><p>Sitting in MDO, this role is the bridge between engineering demand and delivery, channeling demand from inside MDO and from partner teams into Microsoft's Cloud Supply Chain organization and MDO engineering, so capacity is directed toward the highest-impact business and digital transformation outcomes. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.</p></div><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><ul><li>Set the annual investment direction for the Cloud Supply Chain engineering portfolio across Devices.</li><li>Align engineering resources to the organization's highest-impact strategies.</li><li>Shape the portfolio roadmap with business and engineering leaders.</li><li>Drive decisions across priorities, scope, capacity, funding, and dependencies.</li><li>Ensure investments advance organizational and digital transformation strategies.</li><li>Lead quarterly portfolio reviews and strategic reprioritization with Cloud Supply Chain and MDO engineering leaders.</li><li>Advise leadership on funding choices, delivery risks, and strategic trade-offs.</li><li>Track portfolio commitments, spending, and outcomes against plan.</li></ul><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><p><strong>Required Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.<ul style="list-style-type: circle;"><li>OR equivalent experience.</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.<ul style="list-style-type: circle;"><li>OR Master's Degree AND 6+ years experience.</li><li>OR equivalent experience.</li></ul></li><li>8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.</li><li>Experience owning a product or capability end to end: definition, requirements, delivery, and go-to-market.</li><li>Data fluency: ability to work directly with product and operational data to inform decisions and prototype solutions.</li><li>Experience building or shipping AI/ML-powered product capabilities.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technically viable product requirements.</li><li>Experience driving engineering delivery through architects, feature teams, and TPMs.</li><li>Track record of customer engagement, go-to-market execution, and measurable adoption or business impact.</li><li>Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, devices, or operational decision systems.</li></ul><p>#W+DJOBS</p> <br><br><p>Customer Experience Program Mgmt IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year. </p><p></p> <p>Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
