- Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining Installation Work Packages (IWPs) and related construction planning documentation.
- Coordinating engineering, procurement, materials management, construction, and project controls teams to ensure work package readiness.
- Verifying that drawings, materials, permits, tools, equipment, and supporting documentation are available before work is released to the field.
- Supporting construction execution by ensuring piping work packages align with project schedules, milestones, and workforce requirements.
- Identifying constraints that could impact field execution and collaborating with project teams to develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitoring project progress and adjusting work plans to address changing priorities and field conditions.
- Participating in construction planning meetings, readiness reviews, constructability reviews, and schedule coordination sessions.
- Supporting productivity improvement initiatives through effective work packaging, sequencing, and resource planning.
- Providing technical guidance and planning support to field supervisors, construction management, and project teams.
- Assisting with forecasting labor requirements, material needs, and construction sequencing activities.
- Promoting adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements throughout construction planning and execution activities.
