Job Details: Job Location: The Oaks of Clearwater LLC - Clearwater, FL 33756, Job Shift: Graveyard, Qualifications: The Oaks of Clearwater is seeking an overnight Security Guard for our Assisted Living Facility. Our dedicated line staff with years of longevity will welcome candidates with upholding our commitment to caring, compassionate service for our residents.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Ensure that work requests are prioritized and that the required work is accomplished.
Gather and empty trash
Set up or break down, arranged tables or chairs for activity evens.
Knowledge of emergency systems in the facility.
Know the location and operation of all fire and emergency equipment located in the general work area. Know evacuation routes and exits in the work areas.
Maintain daily logs
Work with the other facility department heads to assist incoming residents.
Patrol parking lot for parking control.
Attend all mandatory meetings and in-service training sessions.
Perform all duties assigned in an effective, timely and professional manner.
Accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner.
Report to work on time and as scheduled and consistently demonstrates dependability and punctuality.
Maintain a professional attitude and consistently work cooperatively with residents, families, supervisor, co-workers and ancillary service providers.
Understand and follow all company policies including the Employee Handbook.
Complete other duties as assigned by the Central Services Director.
