- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Patient-focused. You understand that patients may be nervous or anxious about oral surgery and you help make their experience as comfortable as possible.
- Team-oriented. You work well with the surgeon, clinical team, and front-office staff and are willing to step in wherever help is needed.
- Organized. You can keep track of multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Dependable. You understand that your attendance and reliability directly affect patient care and the surgical schedule.
- Adaptable. You are comfortable moving between clinical and administrative responsibilities throughout the day.
- Professional . You represent the practice with courtesy, compassion, and professionalism in every patient interaction.
Why Join Our Team?
