Personal Care Attendant

Pay is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour based on experience and availability, with performance-based increases. Full-time and part-time positions available. No prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or direct support professional required - we provide training and PSS certification within 60 days. CNAs can start right away.

Requirements:
- Age 18 or older
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Willingness to enroll in a PSS certification program within 60 days of hire
- CNAs (active or inactive) are welcome
- Reliable transportation (valid driver's license preferred, assignment dependent)
- Cell phone for scheduling and documentation
- Physical ability to assist with mobility and daily care tasks
