We are seeking an experienced and values driven Housing Service Delivery Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team.

Based in Christchurch, this role may appeal to experienced leaders from social services, community housing, mental health, disability, health, community development, or other purpose led sectors.
About this role
Reporting to the Director of Services, you will provide operational leadership across our Housing Service Delivery function. As a member of Comcare's Senior Leadership Team, you will help shape organisational direction while ensuring our housing services deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients, communities, funders, and stakeholders.
About you
You are an experienced leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence.
Most importantly, you are motivated by purpose. You understand the role safe, stable housing plays in people's lives and want to contribute to society.
You will bring:
- Strong leadership experience in housing, social services, health, community, disability, or related sectors.
- A proven track record leading service delivery teams and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Strong experience managing stakeholder relationships, contracts, quality systems, and organisational performance.
- Experience leading change, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and achieving equitable outcomes for Māori.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen combined with a people centred leadership approach.
- The ability to inspire, influence, and build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
