- Drive organic growth in reach, engagement, follower quality and inbound leads through platform-native best practices.
- Lead community management: respond to comments and DMs, handle brand mentions and manage online reputation.
- Collaborate with design, video, content and SEO teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets.
- Track trends, algorithm changes, hashtags and competitor activity, and turn insights into ideas and experiments.
- Build employer-branding and thought-leadership content in partnership with leadership and HR.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations using native analytics and social tools.
- Mentor and manage a team of social media executives, designers and content creators.
- Manage influencer, creator and employee-advocacy initiatives where relevant.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in organic social media management, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role.
- Proven track record of growing organic reach, engagement and followers for B2B and/or B2C brands.
- Strong command of platform algorithms, content formats and storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a sharp eye for copy and creative quality.
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, native insights).
- Working knowledge of Canva / Adobe tools and basic video editing workflows.
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable with KPIs, reporting and A/B testing of content.
- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field.

Good to Have

- Experience in IT services, SaaS or technology brands.
- Familiarity with social SEO, LinkedIn thought-leadership and employer branding.
- Exposure to AI tools for content ideation and social listening.

What We Offer

- Ownership of the brand's organic social presence with high visibility.
- Collaborative leadership culture and scope for growth.
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience.
