## Your Job:

You are part of a team delivering GenAI/AI solutions for semiconductor design and enablement workflows. As Program Manager – AI Solutions Ecosystem & Operations you take identified solutions and use cases and make them real: you run weekly interlocks, hold the portfolio view, and drive each engagement through IT security, legal, procurement and AI governance to deployment and adoption. You own program mechanics, stakeholder alignment and roadblock removal so that engineering teams stay focused on delivery.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Run weekly interlocks with partners, vendors and internal stakeholders; own agendas, decisions, actions and follow-through.
- Maintain the portfolio view of stage, owners, milestones, dependencies, and risk; report to leadership at a regular cadence.
- Operationalize new engagements once a solution and use case are identified: kickoff, evaluation logistics, pilot scoping and success criteria.
- Drive vendor engagements through IT architecture and security assessment, from findings to remediation closure.
- Partner with Legal on NDAs and SaaS agreements; shepherd redlines to signature.
- Drive procurement end to end: supplier registration, contractors, quotes, purchase orders, renewals and license true-ups.
- Manage AI governance submissions, data classification and risk documentation ahead of production use.
- Program manage the internal AI use-case portfolio: run the intake process, stage gates, pilot to production release, and sunset.
- Clear infrastructure, access, license and onboarding roadblocks.
- Develop OKRs and adoption metrics, track and deliver.

Other Responsibilities:

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (Design Platforms, Central CAD and Methodology, Reference design, TD, Device, PDK, IT, Information Security, Legal, Procurement, Finance and Eco-system partners).

Required Qualifications:

- Education – 10 years experience with a Bachelors degree, or 8 years with a Masters, in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Science Engineering.
- Program management of multi-stakeholder technical programs to committed schedules. Proficiency with program tracking tools (Jira/ADO, Power BI).
- Managed vendor and partner relationships from evaluation through production deployment.
- Working knowledge of enterprise procurement and contracting (supplier registration, POs, NDAs, SaaS agreements).
- Familiarity with third-party SW IT security and architecture review process.
- Experience running recurring operating cadences and executive status reporting.
- Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP, PgMP or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Familiarity with semiconductor design, EDA or PDK workflows.
- Working understanding of GenAI/AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, agents).
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and align without direct authority.
- Strong planning, organizational and communication skills.
