# Job Description – Full Stack Developer – Integrations

## Role Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 1–2 years of experience to work primarily on SaaS integrations, API development, workflow automation, and customer implementation projects . The role will involve building and maintaining integrations between different SaaS applications, developing custom API-based integrations, working with Workato , and creating supporting frontend and backend components when required. We prefer candidates with Python backend development experience , along with working knowledge of React.js and strong API fundamentals.
## Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain integrations between various SaaS applications and third-party platforms .
- Build custom integrations using REST APIs, Webhooks, and SDKs .
- Develop backend services and integration scripts primarily using Python .
- Develop and maintain Workato recipes and automation workflows .
- Understand customer integration requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
- Work with authentication mechanisms such as: OAuth 2.0
- API Keys
- JWT
- Bearer Tokens

- Handle data formats such as JSON, CSV, and XML .
- Perform data mapping and transformation between different applications.
- Build supporting frontend components using React.js when required.
- Troubleshoot API failures, authentication issues, mapping errors, and integration failures.
- Identify API limitations, product constraints, and potential technical risks early in the project.
- Implement proper error handling, retry mechanisms, logging, monitoring, and validation.
- Test APIs and integrations using tools such as Postman .
- Perform data reconciliation and validation to ensure accurate data movement between systems.
- Maintain clear technical documentation for integrations.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding and integration standards.
- Work closely with Technical Leads, Solution Experts, QA, and project stakeholders.
- Take ownership of assigned integration tasks and smaller integration projects.

Required Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience with Python backend development .
- Good understanding of Python frameworks such as: FastAPI
- Flask
- Django / Django REST Framework

- Strong understanding of REST APIs .
- Experience consuming and integrating third-party APIs.
- Good knowledge of: HTTP methods
- HTTP status codes
- Headers
- Pagination
- Rate limits
- Webhooks

- Experience working with JSON and data transformation .
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API Keys.
- Experience using Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Working knowledge of React.js and JavaScript .
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Familiarity with Git / GitHub / GitLab .

## Workato / Integration Experience
Experience with Workato is preferred but not mandatory . Candidates with strong Python, API, and integration knowledge who are willing to learn Workato will also be considered. Exposure to the following would be an advantage:

## Good to Have

- Experience with SaaS product integrations.
- Experience building APIs using FastAPI or Flask .
- Basic knowledge of Node.js .
- Understanding of SDK-based integrations.
- Experience handling bulk data processing.
- Knowledge of Pandas for data processing and transformation.
- Exposure to migration or ETL-related projects.
- Basic knowledge of Docker.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to AI APIs or LLM-based applications.

B.E / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline with 1–2 years of relevant development experience .
