This opportunity is based in Mawson Lakes, SA.

Key Responsibilities

As Software DevSec Ops Developer, you will:

* Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting the AIR6500 software development lifecycle.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD and DevSecOps infrastructure supporting automated testing and deployment activities.
* Assist with automating software builds, build verification activities and internal business processes.
* Support the automation and maintenance of software build status reporting for operational and test releases.
* Monitor and maintain DevSecOps infrastructure, including container orchestration platforms, build agents, monitoring tools and dashboards.
* Assist with the administration, maintenance and support of DevSecOps tools and engineering tool suites.
* Support the promotion and deployment of software through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Work with developers to identify, troubleshoot and resolve build and deployment issues.
* Assist with implementing best practices for source control, continuous integration and release management.
* Support the deployment, maintenance and evolution of the 1LMX tool suite.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering tools and DevSecOps environment.

What you'll bring

We're looking for an engineer with strong technical foundations, a passion for automation, and an interest in improving software delivery and engineering processes.

You will bring:

* Experience with version and artifact management tools such as GitLab and Nexus.
* Experience with build and continuous integration tools, particularly GitLab.
* Experience with issue tracking and workflow management tools such as Jira.
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible, Terraform and Packer.
* Experience with automation tools and scripting.
* Experience working within Linux environments.
* The ability to work collaboratively with developers to troubleshoot and resolve build, deployment and integration issues.
* Experience or exposure to containerisation and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
* Familiarity with MBSE tools such as IBM Jazz and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint.
* Familiarity with API and web service technologies including REST, SOAP, XML and JSON.
* Exposure to virtualisation platforms such as VMware vSphere and VMware Horizon.
* Experience in Defence, engineering or other highly regulated technical environments will be highly regarded.
* Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
