Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.

Your responsibilities will be:
* Prepares bid packages
* Conducts bidders' conferences
* Develops evaluation criteria
* Analyzes and evaluates proposals
* Negotiates subcontract provisions including price
* Selects or recommends subcontractors
* Writes subcontract packages
* Prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Desired Skills
* Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience
* Ability to interact with senior management, suppliers and other external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between functional organizations
* Ability and willingness to travel to supplier facilities to participate in meetings and to resolve subcontract / program issues on-site, as needed
* Ability to decompose and analyze supplier proposals
* Capable of developing negotiation strategies for high-complexity and / or high-dollar procurements
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

* For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
