About the Team:
The Client Data Management [CDM] team is part of Business Excellence delivering on the promise of a stable end-to-end operating platform for Life & Health Reinsurance. Our team's mission is to make data accessible to stakeholders by acquiring and ingesting client data systematically through our systems. We are using advance analytics techniques to create insights that generate additional value for L&H (Life & Health) Re.
About the Role:
In this role you will have the following key business responsibilities:
- Analyze client file transmission methods (email, client websites, secured channels, etc.) and understand the patterns in which client files are shared with Swiss Re.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate data acquisition processes.
- Monitor daily data acquisition operations, troubleshoot data processing scripts, and optimize existing automation to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to support data acquisition and onboarding activities.

Essentials:
- Analytical thinking and a genuine interest in information systems, reports, and data.

This is teporary role for 2 years.

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1600 and EUR 2600 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits.
