Software Engineering & SRE Lead

What We're Looking For
Must-Have Experience
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise application development.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle ( SDLC ).
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and automated quality assurance practices.
- Experience working in Site Reliability Engineering ( SRE ), production operations, or platform engineering environments.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines , DevOps practices, and release automation.
- Solid understanding of scalability, availability, resiliency, and performance engineering.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and incident management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical initiatives.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other container technologies.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Familiarity with observability platforms like Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, or Splunk.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or DevSecOps environments.
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise software solutions.
- Drive the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production support.
- Build and enhance automated testing frameworks to improve software quality and release speed.
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Apply SRE principles to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Define and monitor service reliability metrics, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
- Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams.
- Lead incident management activities, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strengthen observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance analysis.
- Mentor engineers and promote modern software engineering and reliability best practices.
