About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in IoT,Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable cloud-based solutions, data platforms, and business applications that help clients achieve their digital transformation goals.
This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced consulting and services environment.

Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Azure IoT, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable IoT data integration using IoT hub, Event grid, Stream anlytics and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Develop business applications, workflows, and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Design and deploy cloud-native applications and services on Microsoft Azure.
• Optimize application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
• Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment procedures.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with client teams and support project delivery across multiple engagements.
Technical Skills :
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including cloud application development, integration, deployment, and DevOps practices.
Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse for building business applications and workflow automation.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric for data engineering, data integration, analytics, data warehousing, and reporting solutions.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, REST APIs, and SQL for developing scalable enterprise applications.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile software development methodologies.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, data modeling, security, governance, and performance optimization.
Ability to design and implement end-to-end cloud, data, and analytics solutions leveraging Microsoft's technology ecosystem.
Preferred IoT Skills :
Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, or AI-powered business solutions.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and API-led connectivity.
• Experience working with large-scale data platforms and analytics solutions.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and governance in Azure and Power Platform.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Experience in solution estimation and technical proposal preparation.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in software development and cloud technologies.
• Microsoft Certifications such as:
o Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
o Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
o Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
o Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate
• Experience working in a software services or consulting organization.
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise-scale projects and collaborate with distributed teams.
