Your Contribution
As a Mechanical Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and design change activities of AC generators and DC motors used in a wide range of mobility applications, including motorcycles, outboard engines, and snowmobiles. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, and Sales, you will contribute to enhancing product value and performance. As part of a lean and highly skilled organization, you will enjoy a high level of ownership and gain broad experience in engineering and project management.
- Development and design change activities for AC generators and alternators
- Development and design change activities for DC motors and BLDC (Brushless DC) motors
- CAE analysis related to the above products, including structural analysis and electromagnetic field analysis
- Mass production support and continuous improvement activities in collaboration with manufacturing sites and related department
Your Experience and Qualification
- Practical experience in mechanical/structural design and structural analysis
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in generator and motor performance evaluation and development
- Knowledge of magnetic field analysis
- Knowledge and practical experience in durability testing and reliability evaluation
- Experience in the development and mass production launch of mechatronic products
