About this role
The role will oversee the planning and execution of cargo operations activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes throughout the shipment lifecycle (Load/Discharge & vessel reconciliation). It also involves collaborating with various stakeholders to coordinate load, discharge, vessel finalization, and adherence to deadlines and cut-offs as well as maintenance of the same.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
- With a highly analytical mindset, and the ability to work systematically under pressure.
Preferred but not mandatory:
- Previous knowledge/experience of Hapag-Lloyd systems/FIS.
