Salary range: 13800-21200 PLN

Contract of employment

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will join a banking project for an international Client.

Your tasks:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Retail Banking initiatives.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, define solutions, and translate them into clear requirements.

- Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.

- Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business and IT teams.

- Create process flows, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, architects, testers, and other stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

- Support solution design by assessing business impacts, dependencies, and potential risks.

- Support UAT and business testing, including defining test scenarios and validating delivered solutions against business requirements.

- Monitor and clarify requirements throughout implementation, ensuring alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of Retail Banking products, processes, and customer experience.

Your skills:

- Min. 4 years of experience as Business Analyst in a technology or banking environment

- Good understanding of Retail Banking products and processes, such as accounts, cards, loans, payments, and digital banking.

- Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.

- Experience in business process analysis and modelling, preferably using BPMN.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across Business and IT.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

- Ability to define acceptance criteria and support UAT/business testing.

- Good communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and structured approach.

- Good command of English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

- Knowledge of SQL and experience with data analysis tools.

- Experience in digital/mobile banking, lending, payments, KYC/AML, or regulatory projects.

- Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
