About this role
Responsibilities:
- drive standardization and improvement initiatives across markets;
- take ownership of project execution, coordination, and delivery tracking;
- identify and implement process improvements and efficiency opportunities;
- translate business needs into practical, process and system-oriented solution;
- recommend and support the selection of the right approach (process changes, automation, reporting, system enhancements);
- leverage digital tools, automation and AI to improve efficiency and decision-making;
- facilitate workshops and structured problem-solving sessions;
- ensure alignment, transparency, and consistent follow-up with stakeholders;
- support alignment of global standards with local operational needs.
Requirements:
- experience in driving process improvements, projects, or operational initiatives;
- practical exposure to digital solutions (automation, analytics, AI or similar);
- knowledge of SAP S/4HANA - nice to have;
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- structured, well-organized, and solution-oriented mindset;
- ability to take ownership and drive execution;
- understanding of end-to-end processes and system dependencies;
- fluent English.
