Project Management Intern – JD

About the Role
As a Project Management Intern , you will work with cross-functional development teams to support the planning, coordination, and execution of game development initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Project and Product Managers, engineers, creative teams, and partner functions to help track progress, maintain schedules, coordinate key forums, and support day-to-day project operations across exciting gaming IPs.

This role is especially well suited for MBA students specializing in Operations, IT Project Management, or related fields who are looking to build practical experience in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. It offers an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to how new games are built, or how large-scale live products are planned, operated, and continuously improved for players around the world.

Key Responsibilities

- Support project tracking, schedules, and documentation
- Coordinate tasks, meetings, and follow-ups across cross-functional teams
- Assist with sprint ceremonies, status updates, and action tracking
- Identify and communicate risks, blockers, and dependencies
- Support reporting and contribute to improving team processes and execution rhythms

Skills & Experience

- Currently pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Operations, IT Project Management, or a closely related field with undergrad degree in B. Tech/B.Sc
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Basic understanding of project management principles and Agile ways of working
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, or similar collaboration platforms is an advantage
- Interest in technology and software development; exposure to gaming or game development is a plus
