Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Strong supplier negotiation and vendor management experience.
- Experience in indirect procurement and category management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, eSAP, and Ariba.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
- Experience driving procurement compliance and process improvements.

Summary:

The primary role is to manage end-to-end Procurement and Strategic Sourcing activities for assigned categories. The role includes supplier sourcing, vendor negotiations, contract management, stakeholder engagement, procurement reporting, cost optimization initiatives, supplier performance management, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and controls.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Manage end-to-end indirect procurement and sourcing activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for business requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
- Execute category management and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Drive cost-saving opportunities and procurement efficiencies.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls, and procedures.
- Identify procurement risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements.
- Track procurement KPIs and prepare management reports.
- Utilize SAP, eSAP, Ariba, Excel, and reporting tools for procurement operations.
- Participate in supplier reviews and business governance meetings.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across procurement functions.
