Job Description

The Information Security Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration, configuration, enhancement, and operational stability of the Archer IRM platform used across enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs.
This role works closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and senior technical team members to deliver Archer solutions that support Information Security, Third-Party Risk Management, Privacy, Compliance, Business Continuity, and Audit functions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Archer administration, Agile delivery practices, and enterprise application support while demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Administration & Development

- Support the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Archer IRM platform.
- Configure and maintain Archer applications, workflows, questionnaires, dashboards, reports, notifications, and layouts.
- Assist in managing application security through appropriate role, group, and record permission configurations.
- Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and application releases.

Business Partnership & Solution Delivery

- Work with business stakeholders and Product Owners to understand business requirements and assist in delivering effective Archer-based solutions.
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies.
- Contribute to solution discussions and recommend enhancements aligned with business needs.

Integrations & Automation

- Support Archer integrations, data feeds, imports, exports, and related application interfaces.
- Assist in monitoring data quality, integration performance, and system reliability.
- Troubleshoot integration and data-related issues in collaboration with technical teams.

Agile & SDLC Execution

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute across multiple SDLC phases, including development, testing, deployment, validation, and production support.
- Follow established development standards, governance controls, and change management processes.

NGRX UI & Application Support

- Partner with business users to investigate and resolve issues impacting Archer's NGRX-based user interface and associated workflows.
- Troubleshoot application, configuration, workflow, and access-related issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for recurring issues.

Documentation & User Enablement

- Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and user guides.
- Support user acceptance testing, release validation, and application training activities.
- Provide application support and guidance to business users to improve adoption and user experience

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Archer IRM, Information Security, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), or enterprise application support.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, relational databases, and data management concepts.
- Experience supporting configurable enterprise applications and workflow-driven solutions.
- Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Archer Certified Associate (ACA) certification preferred.
- Experience supporting Risk Management, Compliance Management, Audit Management, Privacy, or Third-Party Risk functions.
- Exposure to RSA Archer configurations, workflows, reporting, and questionnaire development.
- Familiarity with Angular and NGRX-based user interface frameworks.
- Experience supporting APIs, integrations, and automated data feeds.
- Strong customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.

In-Office Collaboration
