Key Responsibilities
- Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth
- Partner with development and product teams to ensure product quality in a fast-paced Agile environment
- Partner with SRE team to deploy and manage data infrastructure on cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS
- Demonstrate strong customer focus and end-to-end ownership of critical applications, including leadership during customer-impacting incidents and driving post-incident improvements
- Provide technical direction for the team by being an expert in technology, system design and architecture
- Deliver POCs (Proof of Concept) to quickly identify direction and gaps in proposed architecture and feature development
- Work closely with different teams to understand and implement the requirements to design and support their workflows.
- Work on complex requirements, and issues which required in-depth analysis.
- Proactively improve quality through collaboration, automation, process improvement and innovative thinking
- Champion the adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices, accelerating software delivery, improving quality, and increasing developer productivity across teams.
- Mentor and develop engineers through technical leadership, design reviews, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields
- 12+ years of experience managing and deploying commercial software products
- Experience in building products across the full stack and a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages.
- Proven experience building large-scale, distributed systems
- Proven experience managing solutions on GCP or AWS utilizing a broad set of the services available
- Expert in the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
- Experience in performance engineering and optimizations
- Experience with Cloud based architecture, cloud native solutions and infrastructure/management, developing and handling of distributed systems
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, or Claude to improve engineering productivity, software quality, automation, architecture design, troubleshooting, and delivery outcomes.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
