About this role

Intuit is a global fintech company and the maker of QuickBooks, powering prosperity for millions of small and mid-market businesses worldwide. Our teams sit at the intersection of data, technology, and customer obsession, using AI, automation, and experimentation to drive real commercial outcomes at scale.

Growing customers through the journey with AI - from first touch to right-fit purchase - is a core commercial growth engine at Intuit, not a support function. This hire owns how customers move through the funnel across all our surfaces (paid and organic) and for UK, EMEA, and Wider World, ensuring a robust AI experimentation content and paid roadmap across 20 websites.

What This Role Is

We are looking for a hands-on AI customer journey and growth specialist with a growth hacking mindset on web content and paid - someone who can own both the strategy and the execution. This is not a pure strategist role and not a developer role. It sits in the space between: you think in journeys, funnels, and business impact, but you also ship tests yourself by collaborating with Intuit internally.

You will own how prospects experience our highest-leverage digital assets - homepage, pricing page, and landing pages content & paid - as connected steps in a single customer journey, and drive a structured, commercially grounded testing programme that grows conversion through every stage of the funnel: from first visit, through consideration and evaluation, to purchase of the right-fit SKU. We own the websites locally, which means real autonomy and real accountability.

Responsibilities

Grow the customer journey through the funnel

- Map, measure, and optimise the full journey: how customers arrive (paid, organic, direct), how they explore and evaluate, and how they convert - identifying where the funnel leaks and which stage offers the biggest commercial upside
- Own the journey and AI & CRO roadmap across homepage, pricing page, and paid/organic landing pages - the highest-impact assets in our acquisition funnel
- Run bold, large-scale web & paid tests (not just marginal tweaks) while maintaining a clear structure and story for what we're testing, why, at which funnel stage, in what order, and what we expect
- Use landing pages as a parallel testing channel for paid media hypotheses, ensuring message and journey continuity from ad to page to purchase
- Maintain a roadmap that connects every test to a commercial outcome: incremental GNS (subscription), GNS (subscription) impact, stage-to-stage conversion rate, SKU mix

Strategy and execution in equal measure

- Own the end-to-end process: hypothesis, build, analyse, scale
- Be AI-native in your workflow: use tools like Claude, GitHub (HTML prototyping for UX testing), MD files and Figma or other (e.g. Lovable) to quickly prototype and iterate fast
- Post-test analysis is as important as the test itself: articulate the GNS (subscription) impact of every test pre and post, and build a clear performance narrative that separates journey and conversion effects from demand effects

Think journeys, not pages

- Understand how SEO, paid media, and customer marketing feed and shape the journey: your tests should make the whole funnel better, not optimise one page in isolation
- Apply audience strategy across the journey, evolving our web presence to serve key segments (e.g. Mid-Market) with the right path - and drive right-fit SKU uptake at the point of conversion
- Design distinct journeys for distinct customers: low-friction self-serve paths for self-employed prospects, and more sophisticated, high-touch evaluation journeys for Mid-Market
- Navigate internal stakeholders confidently: this role touches Marketing, Product, Web, Analytics, and Media teams
- Own how new product launches land in the journey: define and execute how new features, SKUs, and product updates are brought to life through new marketing pages or additions to existing pages and price cards, ensuring launch moments are commercially sharp and conversion-ready from day one

Qualifications

Must-haves

- Hands-on CRO and especially AI skills and funnel optimisation experience with a growth hacking mentality, comfortable running unconventional high-velocity tests as well as large structural tests
- Paid experience (search and / or programmatic)
- A full-funnel view of growth: proven ability to diagnose where customers drop off between stages and to prioritise work by journey-level commercial impact, not page-level metrics
- Proven ability to own both strategy and execution end to end (not a pure PM, not a developer)
- AI-native ways of working: GitHub for HTML prototyping, Claude or equivalent for UX ideation, Figma or other familiarity
- Strong analytical mindset: lives in the data, comfortable deriving insights and dashboards from raw data, can identify where the funnel breaks, and can translate findings into a clear business impact narrative
- Rigorous prioritisation framework and commercial impact sizing. Strategic use of personalization to serve different journeys: balancing low-friction self-employed conversion paths with more sophisticated, high-touch Mid-Market motions
- Able to navigate cross-functional stakeholders and influence without direct authority
- Clear, structured approach to roadmap-building, always grounded in commercial outcomes

Nice to have

- Experience scaling journey optimisation and CRO across multiple markets or regions
- Background in SaaS, fintech, or digital-first subscription businesses
- Exposure to SMB segments (QuickBooks, payroll, accountant funnels)
