Head of Products

We are currently looking for a Head of Products to lead our product function and shape the future of Mano bankas products.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strong banking product expertise with a solid understanding of the systems and processes behind modern banking.

Your Role

As Head of Products , you will lead the team of Product Managers and drive the Bank's product strategy and portfolio. You will be responsible for setting product priorities, balancing business needs, customer value and technology capabilities, and ensuring resources are focused on the initiatives that create the greatest impact.

Working closely with Technology, Sales, Risk, Compliance and Operations teams, you will help shape and deliver financing and payment solutions that support the Bank's growth. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of banking products, core banking systems and the processes behind them.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers;
- Define and drive the Bank's product roadmap and priorities;
- Take ownership of the Bank's product portfolio, including financing, payments, accounts and other banking services;
- Work closely with Technology, Sales, Risk, Compliance and Operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions;
- Translate business needs into product and system requirements;
- Define product priorities and make trade-off decisions across competing business and technology initiatives;
- Drive the development of new products and improvements to existing services;
- Ensure products remain commercially attractive, operationally efficient and compliant with regulatory requirements;
- Contribute to strategic decisions regarding the Bank's core banking systems and product ecosystem.

What We Expect:

- At least 5 years of experience in product management, product development or a similar role within banking or financial services;
- Strong knowledge of banking products, particularly financing, lending and payment services;
- Good understanding of core banking systems, integrations and operational banking processes;
- Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives;
- Ability to bridge business and technology perspectives;
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Fluent Lithuanian and English.
