Open Arms Solutions is hiring a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregiver to support seniors in a welcoming community setting in Lindenhurst, IL .

We are recruiting caregivers who live in Antioch and nearby communities and are interested in consistent 8–12 hour shifts providing meaningful care and support to seniors.

Responsibilities

- Provide compassionate companionship and daily support

- Assist with personal care, including showering, bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

- Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation

- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

- Follow individual care plans and safety guidelines

- Observe and communicate changes in a client's needs or condition

- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Qualifications

- At least 1 year of recent professional caregiving experience

- Compassionate, patient, and dependable

- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care

- Able to work consistent 8–12 hour shifts

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable transportation

- Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and current auto insurance may be required depending on the assignment
