The Portfolio Oversight Specialist is responsible for portfolio oversight across Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Re-Performing Loan (RPL), and Non-QM performing mortgage servicing portfolios: analyzing and tracking default and performing servicing performance, working with various departments to resolve issues, and reporting on portfolio performance to internal stakeholders and investors.

- Monitors daily service level performance across NPL, RPL, and Non-QM performing portfolios
- Understands servicing requirements for both default and performing loan populations, as outlined by applicable investor guidelines
- Identifies trends across portfolio types and works with business units to improve processes while communicating changes to senior management
- Resolves internal and external questions pertaining to service level objectives, regardless of portfolio type
- Coordinates regular meetings with departments to review performance results across NPL, RPL, and Non-QM portfolios
- Conducts root cause analysis on missed service levels or recurring exceptions
- Supports internal and external audits or investor reviews related to the NPL, RPL, and Non-QM portfolios
- Tracks corrective action plans to completion when performance issues are identified
- Establishes an effective professional rapport with all stakeholders and investors
About you
- Experience in mortgage servicing, with exposure to default servicing (NPL) and performing/re-performing loan servicing (RPL, Non-QM) preferred
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with large datasets across multiple loan populations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. The compensation for this position is $46,500.00-$84,000.00 . Th e position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
